Pray
Prayer is essential for the health of the Church and of her body in order to keep us awake to intercede for the needs around us. Like our Lord Jesus, let’s do nothing without God’s approval and let the Holy Spirit do his will.
For anyone wishing to follow the Lord, prayer is a priority to develop a good relationship with God. In 1 John, chapter 5. “14 We have this assurance with him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he will listen to us. 15 And if we know that he listens to us, anything that we ask for, we know that we have what we asked of him. God listens and answers prayers made according to his will. A life of prayer is very effective and must be a priority for a victorious Church. Millions of people pray every day, seizing victory in the promises made to the Church and her children. In Matthew 18. it is written: “… 18 Truly I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. 19 I tell you again that if two of you agree on earth to ask for anything, it will be granted to them by my Father who is in heaven. 20 For where two or three are gathered in my name, I am among them. “
Let us work together for the advancement of the Kingdom of God and remember that to pray is to come into cooperation with God.
